Subscription Boxes

This post does have affiliate links in it where if you click on them and buy something I will be compensated but it will not cost you any more money.

I’ve got to say that I have become addicted. Subscription boxes are the greatest thing since… I don’t know, ANYTHING! I would like to say that my first subscription box was the Fab Fit Fun box but after I got to thinking about it, I already get subscription boxes. Some of them just are not as fun.

My Boxes

After I got to thinking about it, I already have several subscriptions that automatically show up at my house on a regular basis.

  • My hair color from ESalon
  • I have a subscription to Amazon Subscribe and Save
  • I guess you could say that my medicines are even on a subscription because they show up every three months.

I have since subscribed to

  • Fab Fit Fun
  • Singles Swag (If I don’t like the next box better than my first this one will go)
  • Ipsy (I’m on a waitlist for this one)
  • Birchbox (the first box will be here this week)

I have also signed up for several sample sites. Not the ones that you have to fill in survey after survey. I don’t know for sure if they will actually send any but why not? I do know that PinchMe does send samples when my profile qualifies for them.

I also want to try Therabox and Causebox. Those are next on my list but only after I drop one. I am not going all crazy on these expensive boxes. I do have a budget to uphold. Cratejoy is a place to start if you have no idea what to look for or even where to look. They have a lot of subscription boxes listed. I will try to post more on them as I start collecting.

Why?

I LOVE getting something in the mail other than bills and junk. Plus this qualifies me to spend money on me for a change. I don’t even like to know what is in them before I get them. I know the main idea of the box but not the exact thing in most of them. I would also love to sign up for a few mystery boxes. I think that would be so exciting.

Stuff that I know I won’t use I will be able to give as gifts. This will also cut back on gift costs since most of these boxes are actually worth way more than I will pay for them.

The kids and I are planning on a YouTube channel dedicated to unboxing the things that we are trying out. It will also give me experience in filming, editing, producing, and well all the things that go into a channel. Both of the kids want to get into YouTube but neither one of them are sure what to do.

What do you think?

Are you interested in subscription boxes? Do you think they are a good deal? Why or why not? I know, I’ve got all the questions. Give me some answers down below or if you are shy click on this and leave me a message there.
